Please read this limited warranty carefully before using our products. By using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.
1. Our products are not medical devices: Our products are not intended to be used as medical devices and are not designed to detect or prevent any medical conditions. They are not regulated or approved by the relevant authorities, including but not limited to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
2. No collection of vitals: We do not collect any vital information from our users. Our products are designed to provide certain functionalities but do not involve the collection or monitoring of vital signs or medical data.
3. No responsibility for engagement with others: We are not responsible for any interactions or engagements our customers may have with other parents or experts, including any consulting services they receive from them. Limited Warranty:
At LittleOne.Care we warrant that if you use our products as they are intended, our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods:
1. Original Electronic Products: One (1) year from the date of registration for new products
2. Replacement Electronic Products: Six (6) months from the date of purchase for any replacement electronic products purchased from LittleOne.Care's official website, including replacement sensors.
3. Non-Electronic Products: Thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Our products are legitimately sold only by us and our authorized sellers, who are required to follow our policies, procedures, and quality control standards. This limited warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
We do not warrant our products against general wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse, modifications, or improper maintenance.
If you believe you have received a defective product, we will, at our option, either repair or replace the defective product or its defective component part(s) in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. The replacement product or component will be warranted for the remaining unexpired period of the original product's warranty.
Please note that this limited warranty is the only warranty we offer for our products. We disclaim all other warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
