We know how to set up the device. We know how to register with the app as well. However, how do you clean the device?
Beta Trial:
The device we are using during the Beta trial is not water resistant. To clean the device properly, you can use a damp paper towel or wet wipe. Make sure to wipe the surface of the device thoroughly so it will remain white.
Do not worry if the device falls into the toilet or if you accidentally leave it on your baby’s clothing and put it in the wash. You are not the only one. Contact us and we will be able to check if the device is still usable. If it is not, we will figure out a solution to provide you with a new device.
Commercial Production:
Once we successfully finish the Beta trial and our device is officially out on the market, the device will be water resistant. You will be able to clean the device by putting it under water with soap and gently scrubbing the device clean.
Again, do not worry if the device falls into the toilet or you accidentally leave it on your baby’s clothing and put it in the wash. You can contact us immediately and we will be able to check if the device is still usable. If it is not, we will figure out a solution to provide you with a new one.
